Wolverine MCU

So a controversial one for the casting of the MCU Wolverine. I still think it would be better if they cast a relatively lesser known actor like they did for Thor and Black Panther, but if I had to pick someone who I think could pull off Wolverine it would be Bernthal. He commands the screen and has an incredible level of intensity in his performances. He has the physicality for the role, he has rugged good looks – not a prettyboy like a lot of other actors being linked to the role. He looks like he can take a beating and dish one out too! He’s the right age, he’s not super tall, he’s in good shape and could pack on additional muscle in no time. The obvious and biggest drawback is that he was so damn iconic as The Punisher and took the character to a whole new level. Whether or not people could see him as anyone other than Frank Castle would be the difficulty. I seriously think if he was never cast as Castle more people would be talking about him as possibly the next Wolverine.
